IND vs ENG 3rd Test Live Score Updates:Live updates for the third test between IND and ENG After a rocky start in the morning session, India reached 326/5 thanks to centuries from captain Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja. However, had Sarfaraz Khan not been run out in the final moments of Day’s play, the hosts may have been in a far stronger position. The visitor’s preferred bowler was Mark Wood.
In Rajkot, Rohit Sharma chose to bat first after winning the toss. Mohammed Siraj and Ravindra Jadeja return to the side, as Dhruv Jurel and Sarfaraz Khan make their debuts. Mark Wood took over for Shoaib Bashir as the lone change for England going into the game. With the series evenly balanced at one wicket, India will be hoping that their young middle order, which may include two rookies in Sarfaraz Khan and wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel, can fill in for the senior veterans.

Following KL Rahul’s injury-related withdrawal from the series, Sarfaraz received his much-overdue Test return, while KS Bharat’s subpar batting performance may give Jurel an opportunity to play. Virat Kohli will miss the entire series in the meantime, but there is good news: Ravindra Jadeja, who grew up in the hometown, has been cleared to play in the Rajkot test after missing the Vizag Test due to injury.
